MANAGEMENT CONTROL

ECONOMIC AND FINANCIAL BUDGET

It is the projection that is made of the economic and financial results of a company, for a certain period of time and under certain assumptions. This should have the same level of detail of the management information. For example, if we want to understand which of our sold products made the margin change over the budget, we must have in the budget and in our management information, sales and costs detailed per product.
